Hi, I’m Michael Klements, an engineer, maker and content creator based in Perth, Australia.
I enjoy designing, building and testing practical tech projects, then sharing everything I learn so you can build them yourself. Whether it’s a Raspberry Pi project, homelab upgrade, 3D printed design, smart home automation, electronics build or an in-depth product review, my goal is to create content that’s useful, honest and easy for you to replicate yourself.
Most of my projects begin as something I want to build or solve myself. Along the way, I often make a few mistakes, try different processes and learn something new. That’s all part of what I share. Rather than only showing the finished result, I like to explain the process so you can adapt the ideas to your own projects.
This website is an extension of my YouTube channel. While my videos show the build process, you’ll often find additional information here, including written guides, downloadable files, CAD models, wiring diagrams, code, measurements and links to the hardware I’ve used.
